Technique is good for certain things, however choice of which Test Design
Techniques to use depends on various factors such as Type of System, Customer/contractual
requirements, Regulatory standards, Level of risk, Type of risk, Test
objective, Documentation available, knowledge of the Testers, Time and budget, Development
life cycle, Use case models, and previous experience of types of defects found.
